Industrial Bag Filters
At Eolter, we design and manufacture filtration systems that ensure emission control and help extend the service life of industrial equipment. That’s why we are the strategic partner of industries seeking performance, reliability and long-term peace of mind.
Eolter, design and manufacture of bag filters
We produce industrial filtration systems that capture solid particles, improve air quality, and maximise operational efficiency. Our solutions are designed to reduce emissions, protect workers’ health, and safeguard equipment, ensuring compliance with the most rigorous environmental standards.
A Tailored Solution for Every Sector
Each filtration system we develop is adapted to the specific needs of each client and industry, from the agri-food sector to mining or automotive. This personalized approach allows us to provide effective, safe, and sustainable solutions worldwide.
Bag Filter Solutions for Particulate Material
Our bag filters use filter fabrics made of different materials with high resistance, selected according to chemical composition, material abrasiveness, and industry requirements. Our technical team assists you in choosing the most suitable system based on your process conditions and regulatory requirements.
What is a bag filter?
It is a filtration system designed to capture solid particles (such as dust) present in air or industrial gas streams. It uses fabric filter bags that retain particulate matter, allowing clean air to continue flowing.
How does it work?
Air loaded with particles enters the filter and passes through the filter bags, where dust is trapped on the fabric surface. To maintain efficiency, the bags are automatically cleaned by bursts of compressed air that remove accumulated dust, ensuring constant and uninterrupted filtration.
How can I calculate the required bag filter area?
The calculation depends on the airflow to be treated, the type of dust, and process conditions. Specifically, the appropriate filtration velocity (m² of filter per m³/h of air) must be considered. At Eolter, we perform this calculation as part of our custom projects, ensuring precise and effective sizing.
